The Principles

Suitable for beginners, this class focuses on Pilates fundamentals—ideal if you’re meeting the reformer for the first time, rehabbing an injury, or just want to take it slow and focus on building a strong foundation. Recommend 4–6 sessions before taking Essentials or Dynamic classes.

Essentials

Suitable for everyone, especially those who want to refine technique. Full-body workout with progressions and regressions offered to meet you where you’re at. If you’re new to Pilates, you’ll want to start with the Principles.

Dynamic

Dynamic Pilates is a blend of classical exercises and more athletic moves to create a high energy, creative, results-driven class. Class typically moves at a faster pace, with quick transitions between exercises, while never comproming the fundamentals. We'll be using props like jumpboards for cardio, weights for strength training, and more.

All classes available as indivdual sessions or duets.
