Personalized one-on-one sessions are completely customized with your needs and goals in mind.

Private training is the most effective and efficient way to streamline your Pilates practice, polish your technique, and progress faster.

Address pain, movement challenges, posture or alignment issues, body transformation goals, or simply enjoy working out!  The best way to get started.

Pricing:

  • $90 for single

  • 5 pack: $425

  • 10 pack: $820

DUET SESSIONS

Grab a friend, partner or spouse and share all the benefits of private sessions at a reduced rate.  Duet sessions are most successful if both clients have similar fitness levels and goals.

If you would like to do a duet but don’t have a partner, please email me and we’ll add you to a list for a potential match!

Pricing:

  • $55 per person per session

  • 5 pack: $250 per person

Days and times available:

  • Mondays: 7am - 4pm

  • Tuesdays: 8am-noon

  • Wednesdays: 7am - 4pm

  • Fridays: 8am-noon
